Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and hands-on ServiceNow Technical Architect / Lead with deep expertise in Custom Application Development, Integrations, and Performance Analytics. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical acumen, leadership abilities, and a proven record of delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across global enterprise environments.

Roles and Responsibility

Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow Custom Applications.
Develop dashboards, scorecards, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets tailored to business needs.
Integrate Performance Analytics (PA) with various ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.
Define and implement KPIs, targets, and actionable insights in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and optimized data collection strategies.
Conduct architecture reviews, design reviews, code reviews, testing, and documentation.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
Stay current with ServiceNow releases, best practices, and emerging capabilities.
Work closely with business and functional stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and low-level designs.

Job Requirements

12+ years of overall IT industry experience.
8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform development and administration.
3+ years of hands-on experience in NOW Platform development.
2+ years of experience in system integrations (REST APIs, web services, etc.).
Strong JavaScript skills with the ability to write optimized and maintainable code.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
Must be hands-on, capable of writing and reviewing ServiceNow scripts and configurations.
Experience working in Agile delivery models and global enterprise environments.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or equivalent certifications preferred.
