Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with 2-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with a keen eye for detail and a passion for building efficient, user-centric software solutions. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development, deployment, and management of functional programs and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development:

    Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API) for the backend and Angular for the frontend.

  • Database Management:

    Develop, optimize, and deploy complex Stored Procedures, perform query optimization, index tuning, and manage relational databases in SQL Server (SSMS).

  • Project Delivery:

    Involve in the entire software development lifecycle, from analysis and design to programming, testing, and delivery of projects as per BRD and schedule.

  • Deployment & Management:

    Handle the deployment of .NET projects to Windows servers, including IIS configuration and publishing database changes to live environments.

  • Leadership & Collaboration:

    Mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, provide client support, and act as a liaison between stakeholders, business analysts, and the technical team.

  • Troubleshooting:

    Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities and coordinate effectively within the team to resolve complex issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

  • Technical Must-Haves:

    • Strong expertise in

      .NET Framework/Core (C#,

      ASP.NET)

      and

      Angular

      .
    • Proficiency in

      SQL Server (SSMS)

      , including writing and optimizing Stored Procedures and relational database design.
    • Hands-on experience with

      .NET Web API development

      and

      LINQ

      .
    • Experience in

      IIS configuration

      and deployment of .NET projects.

  • Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred):

    • Knowledge of

      RPA tools

      (Automation Anywhere, UIPath, Blue Prism).
    • Experience with

      Power BI

      and

      AutoIT

      .
    • Experience in the

      FAP (Financial Accounting & Planning) domain

      .

  • Professional Skills:

    • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and technical design skills.
    • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

    Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS

  • Database:

    Unit Testing, Code Review
