Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Kochi. In this role, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and managing functional programs and systems. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player with excellent problem-solving abilities, dedicated to building efficient solutions that serve user needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Full Stack Development:

    Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable applications using the .NET stack (C#, ASP.NET) for the backend and Angular for the frontend.

  • Database Management:

    Develop and optimize complex Stored Procedures, functions, and queries in SQL Server (SSMS). Perform query optimization, index tuning, and deploy database changes.

  • API Development:

    Build and consume secure and efficient RESTful APIs using .NET Web API and LINQ.

  • Application Deployment:

    Handle the end-to-end deployment of various .NET projects, including configuring IIS and publishing changes to both front-end and back-end environments on Windows servers.

  • Software Lifecycle Involvement:

    Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, programming, testing, and support for both major and minor releases.

  • Leadership & Collaboration:

    Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical guidance. Coordinate effectively with stakeholders, business analysts, and the technical team to deliver projects as per the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and schedule.

  • Support & Troubleshooting:

    Provide high-level support to clients, demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities, and proactively resolve technical issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Experience:

    2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer.

  • Technical Must-Haves:

    • Strong expertise in

      .NET Framework/Core

      , ASP.NET, and C#.
    • Proficient in

      Angular

      (2+ and above) for front-end development.
    • Solid experience with

      SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)

      , including writing and optimizing Stored Procedures and relational database design.
    • Hands-on experience with .NET Web API development and LINQ.

  • Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

    • Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools like

      Automation Anywhere, UIPath, or Blue Prism

      .
    • Experience with Windows-based application development in .NET (WinForms/WPF).

  • Professional Skills:

    • Excellent technical design, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally in a global team environment.
