Job Description As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution by using Data, Analytics & Insights Skills. Position Requirements Required Skills: Primary Skill: ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, ATF, Javascript. Secondary Skill: Reporting, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Azure DevOps, Git. Data Analyst - Minimum 5 years hands-on experience on Service Now Application like GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITBM. - Minimum 5 years hands-on experience on ITIL, ITSM modules. - Minimum 5 years working understanding of ServiceNow ATF, Tricentis Tosca. - Ability to understand complex business and functional requirements. - Superior analytical skills in analyzing user, functional, and technical requirements. - Practical application of Testing Concepts in day-to-day project activities. - Ability to derive Test Scenarios from Business Requirements. - Working understanding in Test Design and writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios. - Analyzing test execution results and creating appropriate test metrics. - Understanding of the defect management process. - Understanding of ServiceNow Test Management and Agile. - Understanding of automation testing concepts and hands-on ServiceNow ATF. - Automation execution like preparing smoke test scenarios and execution on a continuous basis with each deployment. - Ability to enhance automation scripts to build a regression suite. - Understanding of software testing techniques and strategies. - Working understanding in Mobile Testing. - Working understanding of various Test Management and Defect Management tools. - Understanding of quality assurance and/or software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to share that knowledge with peers and project team members. - Excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. - Ways of working smarter, through the elimination of unnecessary steps or duplication. Nice To Have - Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF), ISTQB Certification.
