As a Software Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for performing manual and automated testing using various tools and frameworks. You will develop and maintain test scripts, test data, regression suite, and test reports and dashboards. Your role will involve identifying, analyzing, and reporting software defects, issues, and risks to contribute to solutions for errors, ensuring quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software developers, product owners, business analysts, functional consultants, project managers, and other stakeholders, is essential to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle. You will apply quality engineering principles and methodologies such as agile and lean, provide quality training and coaching to team members, and participate in monitoring and analysis to track system metrics, identify bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Your work experience should include 3-4+ years in software quality engineering or testing, with a solid knowledge of software testing concepts, techniques, and tools. Understanding of programming languages like C#, scripting knowledge in Java, JavaScript, Python, and familiarity with agile, DevOps, Lean canvass, and Kanban methodologies is required. Experience in automation testing of APIs, tools like Jmeter, loadrunner, and Cypress for UI automation testing is preferred. Additionally, knowledge of common data formats, database technologies, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. A bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, certification in software testing, and awareness of mobile device testing with APPIUM are desirable. Knowledge in automation testing using Playwright, Java, and key competencies such as analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication are crucial for this role. As a Performance Test Lead with expertise in C#, your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data for various software products and features. You will lead manual and automated testing using diverse tools and frameworks, identify, analyze, and report software defects and issues, support a team of software quality engineers, and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams. Your work experience should encompass 5-6+ years in software quality engineering or testing, with at least 2 years of experience in leading or managing a team of software quality engineers or testers. Experience in PAAS and SAAS, familiarity with testing tools and frameworks like TDD, Easyrepro, c#, Selenium, Cypress, and testing types such as functional, performance, accessibility, visual, is required. Additionally, expertise in agile development methodologies, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and experience in writing tests in JavaScript and API testing are essential. Desirable qualifications include experience with Continuous Integration tools, mobile testing and automation with Appium, mobile apps development, AWS, and ISTQB certification. A solid knowledge of multiple programming languages and experience in MS Dynamics, Field Service, FSM, and Azure or Scriptless Automation are advantageous. Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF) and ISTQB Certification are considered nice-to-have qualifications.
