At least 3 years experience as a QA Analyst performing manual testing e . g . functional, smoke, regression , end to end, integrations etc. Should display strong QA fundamentals and knowledge on test lifecycle (Planning, Analysis, Execution & Defect logging) G ood working understanding of different test design techniques and apply them to the testing projects C ollaborate and communicate effectively with QA Lead, QA M anager, Client SMEs, business analysts, developers and other delivery team members Carry out testing activities timely & seamlessly , across SDLC leading to no project disruptions or escalations Must have g ood understanding of defect lifecycle and Agile methodology is mandatory S trong analytical and problem-solving skills Must be able to work in an environment with shifting priorities and multiple competing demands A ble to help QA Manager/lead with metrics and reporting Proactively flag risks in a timely manner and help resolve the issues to avoid project disruptions E xcellent written and verbal communications skills.
