**Job Description:** As a Senior Associate at PwC, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers, assisting in solving complex business issues from strategy to execution by utilizing Data, Analytics & Insights Skills. Your responsibilities at this management level include but are not limited to: - Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas. - Demonstrate critical thinking and the ability to bring order to unstructured problems. - Review work and that of others for quality, accuracy, and relevance. - Adhere to SLAs, experience in incident management, change management, and problem management. - Know how and when to use tools available for a given situation and can explain the reasons for this choice. - Seek and embrace opportunities which provide exposure to different situations, environments, and perspectives. - Use straightforward communication when influencing and connecting with others. - Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct. - Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, workstream management, and cross-team collaboration. - Contribute to COE activities and participate in Escalation/Risk management. **Position Requirements:** **Required Skills:** - **Primary Skill**: ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, ATF, Javascript. - **Secondary Skill**: Reporting, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Azure DevOps, Git. **Data Analyst Requirements:** - Should have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience on ServiceNow Applications like GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITBM. - Must have a minimum of 5 years hands-on experience on ITIL, ITSM modules. - Should demonstrate a working understanding of ServiceNow ATF, Tricentis Tosca. - Ability to understand complex business and functional requirements. - Excellent analytical skills in analyzing user, functional, and technical requirements. - Ability to derive Test Scenarios from Business Requirements. - Proficient in Test Design and writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios. - Experience in analyzing test execution results and creating appropriate test metrics. - Familiarity with the defect management process. - Understanding of ServiceNow Test Management and Agile. - Knowledge of automation testing concepts and hands-on experience with ServiceNow ATF. - Ability to enhance automation scripts to build a regression suite. - Proficient in software testing techniques and strategies. - Understanding of Mobile Testing. - Familiarity with various Test Management and Defect Management tools. - Knowledge of quality assurance and software development processes and methodologies. **Nice to Have:** - Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF), ISTQB Certification. **Soft Skills:** - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Ability to work autonomously and collaborate effectively within diverse teams. - Proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement in quality assurance processes. **Additional Company Details:** At PwC, the focus lies on collaborating with clients to combine technology and human capabilities, creating simple yet powerful solutions.
