The role requires expertise in ServiceNow scripting, integration, and configuration to ensure the platform meets the organizations needs.
Responsibilities:
• Implement CSM OR ITOM OR CMDB OR HRSD OR FSM OR ITSM solutions using industry best practices within the ServiceNow platform.• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, etc.• Create and configure Service Portal and widgets.• Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP-based integrations, and create scripted REST and SOAP APIs.• Implement ServiceNow projects in a Domain-separated instance.• Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.• Develop custom applications within ServiceNow.
Hands on experience in Servicenow with any of the below modules.
