Responsibilities: • Implement CSM OR ITOM OR CMDB OR HRSD OR FSM OR ITSM solutions using industry best practices within the ServiceNow platform. • Develop and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and scripts, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Fix Scripts, etc. • Create and configure Service Portal and widgets. • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems using REST and SOAP-based integrations, and create scripted REST and SOAP APIs. • Implement ServiceNow projects in a Domain-separated instance. • Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases. • Develop custom applications within ServiceNow.
