About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top technical talent to meet our growing business needs. This role requires strong relationship-building skills and a good understanding of current technologies and market trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring requirements and create job descriptions.
  
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for IT roles sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
  
• Utilize various sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, GitHub, Stack Overflow, referrals, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.
  
• Conduct initial technical screenings and evaluate candidate fit based on required skill sets.
  
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
  
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with the internal team.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, salary insights, and competitive market data.
  
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
• Maintain compliance with hiring policies, employment laws, and data privacy standards.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 1–3+ years of experience in IT or technical recruiting (in-house or agency environment).
  
• Strong understanding of technology roles (developers, engineers, DevOps, cloud, data, etc.).
  
• Hands-on experience using ATS and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
