Job Description

As a ServiceNow Specialist, your role will involve implementing, designing, and delivering ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) solutions with a focus on Infrastructure and Application Development. Your responsibilities will include: - Implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. - Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and providing tailored ITSM solutions. - Supporting integrations between ServiceNow ITSM and third-party systems like CRM and financial applications. - Working closely with cross-functional teams including development, testing, and project management to ensure smooth delivery of solutions. - Providing post-implementation support, resolving issues, and optimizing performance. - Conducting training sessions for clients and internal teams on ServiceNow best practices. - Staying updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and trends, and incorporating new features into ITSM solutions. - Ensuring compliance with financial industry regulations during implementations. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and design. - Hands-on experience in delivering ITSM modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Service Catalog, and Service Portal. - Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM (CIS-ITSM). - Experience in pre-sales activities including client engagement, requirement gathering, and solutioning. - Strong communication skills, excellent presentation abilities, and Agile experience (sprint management, delivery tracking). - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and drive resolution collaboratively. Additionally, the following skills and experiences would be advantageous: - Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and reporting. - Knowledge of the ITIL framework. - Experience in change management and adoption of ITSM solutions. - Understanding of financial sector compliance and regulations. - Previous experience in delivering ITSM solutions for banks or financial organizations.
