Job Title: ServiceNow Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Specialist with strong expertise across CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules. The role involves workflow configuration, scenario design, structured data creation, and contributing to AI model training processes. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, hands-on ServiceNow expertise, and experience working with JSON, SQL, and prompt engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Work extensively on ServiceNow CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
  
• Configure and optimize workflows, cases, incidents, requests, SLAs, and knowledge management.
  
• Create and validate structured datasets using JSON and SQL.
  
• Design realistic enterprise scenarios aligned with ServiceNow processes.
  
• Contribute to AI/ML model training workflows by preparing structured training data.
  
• Apply strong prompt engineering skills for crafting instructions and training inputs.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer-facing discussions (bonus).
  
• Ensure high-quality documentation, validation, and structured delivery.
  

Required Skills & Experience

• 46 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
  
• 2+ years working specifically with CSM, ITSM, and HRSD modules.
  
• Strong understanding of workflows, incidents, requests, cases, SLAs, and knowledge management.
  
• Proficiency in JSON authoring and handling structured data.
  
• Solid experience with SQL for data validation and analysis.
  
• Ability to design enterprise scenarios mapping to ServiceNow processes.
  
• Experience contributing to AI model training workflows and structured data preparation.
  
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and communication skills.
  
• Customer-facing project experience is a plus.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator).
  
• ServiceNow CIS-ITSM (Certified Implementation Specialist ITSM).
  
• Any one specialization: CIS-CSM or CIS-HRSD.
  
• Exposure to AI/ML workflows or training data creation.
  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  
• Good knowledge of prompt engineering.
