As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for utilizing your 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow to understand customer business needs and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. Your expertise will be crucial in designing customized solutions based on customer requirements, providing scope and effort estimates, and suggesting appropriate development methodologies. You will also play a key role in creating user stories, work breakdown structures, and conducting requirement gathering sessions for ServiceNow implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet customer needs - Providing scope, effort estimates, and suggesting development methodologies - Creating user stories and work breakdown structures - Tracking work items and reporting progress to stakeholders - Handling escalations from the team and project stakeholders - Conducting requirement gathering sessions - Designing Technical Design Documents and Training Documents - Configuring IT Service Management components - Developing ServiceNow applications using REST/SOAP Webservices and JavaScript - Setting up ServiceNow IT Business Management modules - Designing ServiceNow Reports and Performance Analytics - Creating custom processes, integrations, and applications - Demonstrating awareness of ServiceNow best practices - Leading and managing a global team - Project management and contract understanding for project delivery - Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget - Problem-solving and troubleshooting with mature judgment - Communicating effectively with team members and customers - Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade, cloning, and working with support teams - Setting up ServiceNow integrations (LDAP/SSO, Email, Chat, etc.) - Implementing Domain separation and Data segregation Qualifications Required: - ServiceNow Implementation Certified in IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) You will be joining a company that values expertise, innovation, and effective collaboration to deliver high-quality ServiceNow solutions to customers.,
