Job Summary:

ServiceNow Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of

  ServiceNow

  solutions, especially with

  ServiceNow GRC

  modules.
• Work directly with clients to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Demonstrate product capabilities to clients and key stakeholders during pre-sales and implementation phases.
• Collaborate equally with both the Business Development and Technical Teams to ensure smooth coordination between client needs and technical delivery.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
• Provide hands-on leadership to the technical team, overseeing development and best practices in ServiceNow architecture.
• Maintain ServiceNow GRC workflows, dashboards, and reports to support compliance and risk initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during implementation and ongoing operations.
• Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and proactively suggest improvements to current systems.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years

  of hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow

• Proven experience in

  direct client interaction

  for requirements gathering and technical discussions.
• Demonstrated ability to

  conduct product demos

  for clients, showcasing ServiceNow’s capabilities and solutions.
• Experience working in collaboration with both

  Business Development

  Technical Teams

  , ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business strategies.
• Expertise in

  JavaScript

  ,

  Glide scripting

  , and other relevant technologies.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools.

• ServiceNow certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with other ServiceNow modules such as

  ITSM

• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as
