Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on ServiceNow Practice Head who will own the end-to-end success of our ServiceNow delivery unit. You will be responsible for technical leadership, resource capability management, client engagement, and practice scaling . This is a key leadership role for someone who wants to build, lead, and grow a world-class ServiceNow practice. Key Responsibilities: 🔧 Technical Leadership Architect and review end-to-end ServiceNow solutions across modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, GRC, CSM, Custom Apps) Lead complex implementations, upgrades, integrations, and platform optimization engagements Act as the technical escalation point for ServiceNow projects Drive platform strategy and ensure alignment with business outcomes 👥 Team & Resource Management Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ServiceNow developers, business analysts, architects, and consultants Conduct regular training, knowledge sessions, and code reviews Create learning roadmaps and certification paths for junior and senior team members Drive workforce planning and resource allocation across projects 📈 Practice Growth & Delivery Excellence Define and execute ServiceNow capability roadmap and solutions portfolio Collaborate with sales and account teams on pre-sales, solutioning, and RFP responses Standardize reusable assets, best practices, templates, and delivery accelerators Maintain platform governance, quality assurance, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices 🤝 Client & Stakeholder Engagement Act as a trusted advisor to clients, driving business value through ServiceNow Support account teams in customer success, stakeholder management, and client presentations Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and help build a trusted long-term relationship Key Requirements: Proven experience as ServiceNow Architect / Lead Consultant / Practice Head Hands-on expertise in multiple ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities Strong experience in managing teams (10–50+) and building delivery competency Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills ServiceNow certifications such as CIS (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.) , CAD , or CTA (Technical Architect) preferred Experience with Agile / DevOps delivery , ITIL processes , and platform integrations Preferred Attributes: Entrepreneurial mindset and solutioning ability Comfortable working in fast-paced consulting environments Ability to balance technical depth with strategic planning Prior experience building a practice from ground-up or scaling one significantly What We Offer: Leadership role with high autonomy and impact Exposure to global enterprise clients and digital transformation programs Opportunity to shape the future of ServiceNow delivery at Consultiquo Competitive compensation and growth path into global leadership
