Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on ServiceNow Practice Head who will own the end-to-end success of our ServiceNow delivery unit. You will be responsible for technical leadership, resource capability management, client engagement, and practice scaling . As a Senior ServiceNow Automation Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing ServiceNow Virtual Agent and Chat solutions to enhance user interactions and streamline service delivery.
