ServiceNow (ITAM / SAM)

Role: Senior Consultant ServiceNow (ITAM / SAM)

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for supporting clients in designing, implementing, and enhancing IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) capabilities on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires strong expertise in ServiceNow development and administration, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish governance structures and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with client SAM/ITAM leadership to define and implement a governance framework, including key risk indicators (KRIs).
  
• Configure Service Catalog and Product Models to develop an enterprise App Store within ServiceNow for software request and provisioning.
  
• Automate software distribution processes and integrate them with the ServiceNow App Store.
  
• Collaborate with ITAM stakeholders and Steering Committees to define strategic roadmaps.
  
• Manage and enhance CMDB through data exports, attribute updates, dashboard creation, and data quality analysis.
  
• Conduct interviews with infrastructure owners to understand IT systems supporting ITAM and cybersecurity.
  
• Align policies and standards with Steering Committee goals in partnership with SAM teams.
  
• Support global Deloitte teams in the creation of deliverables and solution design.
  
• Ensure high-quality documentation and timely delivery of priority project tasks.
  
• Utilize MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio for analytical and visual documentation.
  
• Communicate effectively with global client and internal teams.
  

Required Qualifications

• 58 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform administration and development.
  
• Strong technical proficiency in:
  
• Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages
  
• Script Includes, ACLs, complex workflows
  
• Migration of solutions across environments
  
• Web technologies: AngularJS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5.
  
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow products and platform capabilities.
  
• Experience working with at least two ServiceNow modules, such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, SAM, HAM, or CMDB.
  
• Ability to automate CMDB/Discovery tasks; experience with MID Server administration.
