Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with 1-3 years of experience in IT or IT services. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B business development skills, excellent communication, and proven exposure to international markets (US/UK/Europe/APAC). Experience in generating and converting leads in the IT services domain is a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, generate, and qualify B2B leads for IT/IT services in international markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs, competitor offerings, and emerging opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Create proposals, quotations, and sales documentation tailored to client requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (delivery, technical, marketing) to drive conversions and project success.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields.
  • 13 years of proven experience in B2B sales for IT/IT services.
  • Exposure to

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand technical services and articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Experience in using CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Target-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in selling eLearning, software development, LMS, or digital transformation services.
  • Understanding of end-to-end sales cycles in the IT services domain.
