ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer / Senior Developer

We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HRSD Lead Developer/Senior Developer with 3-12 years of experience to join our team in Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Noida, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow HRSD module, HR integrations, web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, Relational Databases, LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, Employee Center, Employee Journey management, HR onboarding, HR case management, HR Agent Workspace, and Performance Analytics for HRSD.

• Develop and implement solutions in client environments using ServiceNow HRSD module.
• Design and integrate HR systems with other applications using web APIs and Data Integrations/ETL.
• Manage and maintain relational databases, including data modeling and data warehousing.
• Implement LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, and other security measures to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement HR processes and workflows.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on ServiceNow HRSD module.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a key technical resource in the development and implementation of solutions in client environments.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD module, HR integrations, web APIs, Data Integrations/ETL, Relational Databases, LDAP, VPN, SSL, SSO, Employee Center, Employee Journey management, HR onboarding, HR case management, HR Agent Workspace, and Performance Analytics for HRSD.
• Strong understanding of HR concepts and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
