Job Description

ServiceNow GRC Developer

Role: ServiceNow GRC Developer

Experience: 4 to 8 years

Locations: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata, Chennai, Mumbai

Job Summary:

ServiceNow GRC Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement
ServiceNow GRC modules
(Policy & Compliance, Risk, Vendor Risk, Audit).
Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and data policies.
Integrate GRC processes with CMDB, IRM, SecOps, and other ServiceNow modules.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Build automated risk calculations, control tests, and compliance reporting dashboards.
Ensure solutions align with platform best practices and governance guidelines.
Troubleshoot and resolve GRC-related issues and enhancements.
Support upgrades, patching, and version migrations for GRC applications.

Required Skills:

48 years of strong experience in
ServiceNow development
.
Minimum
3+ years
hands-on with
GRC/IRM modules
.
Expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, UI Policies, and Client Scripts.
Experience with
GRC workflows
, risk scoring, compliance lifecycle, and SOX/ISO frameworks.
Strong understanding of CMDB relationships and integrations.
ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS-GRC) preferred.
