ServiceNow GRC Consultant (Freelance Basis)

ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure 

  ServiceNow Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)

   in alignment with business requirements.
• Integrate 

  TPRM with Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)

   for supplier onboarding and tiering.
• Design and deploy 

  risk assessments, questionnaires, and due diligence workflows

  .
• Configure 

  risk tiering, scoring models, and reporting dashboards

  .
• Build workflows using 

  Flow Designer, Playbooks, and Workspaces

   for supplier risk monitoring.
• Integrate with 

  third-party risk intelligence platforms

   (e.g., BitSight, SecurityScorecard, RiskRecon).
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting using 

  Performance Analytics

  .
• Provide knowledge transfer and documentation to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of 

  ServiceNow GRC/IRM implementation

   experience.
• Strong expertise in 

  Third-Party Risk Management (formerly Vendor Risk Management)

  .
• Hands-on configuration skills: 

  Flow Designer, Playbooks, Workspace, Notifications, Role Management

  .
• Experience with 

  Supplier Lifecycle Operations (SLO)

   integration.
• Knowledge of 

  governance workflows

   (risk tiering, assessments, attestations).
• Ability to design 

  custom questionnaires and scoring methodologies

  .
• Experience with 

  API integrations

   for external risk data sources.
• Strong understanding of 

  IRM data model and platform best practices

  .

Preferred Certifications

• CIS – Risk and Compliance

   or 

  CIS – Integrated Risk Management

  .
• ITIL v4 Foundation (nice to have).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
