Responsibilities Provide Solution Designs to internal customers throughout deployment. Collaborate with Agile Teams to refine user stories, design tests, and continuously deliver product enhancements. Configure and Maintain Features while extending the ServiceNow data model to support evolving requirements. Develop User Interfaces for Forms, Lists, Experiences, and Mobile Applications. Implement Business Logic using scripting (Script Includes, Business Rules) and Flow Designer. Focus on CSM and Finance by implementing and enhancing the ServiceNow CSM and Finance modules to meet organizational needs. Design and Develop Automated Tests using the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework and unit tests for Script Includes. Collaborate with CSM & Finance teams to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) and Finance Operations Management (FOM) modules. Document Work using Agile development tools and SDLC methodologies. Train and Support CSM & Finance users to ensure efficient adoption of new ServiceNow capabilities Stay current with the latest features and best practices related to the CSM & FOM modules and incorporate them into the solutions. Manage Deployments using Application Repository, Update Sets, Source Control, and Pipeline tools. Perform Data Imports and create data transform rules as needed. Use Agile Engineering Practices to rapidly develop creative, efficient solutions that enhance both customer and employee experiences. Demo and Validate developed functionality with stakeholders to gather feedback. Adhere to Standards by following ServiceNow best practices and Takeda’s development guidelines. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience. 3+ years of developing ServiceNow solutions, with a solid foundation in CSM and Finance modules Strong understanding of CSM & Finance processes and how they can be automated and improved using ServiceNow CSM and FOM modules. Hands-on experience in JavaScript (ES12 refactoring a plus). Experience configuring ServiceNow CSM and Finance modules including service portals, case management workflows, service catalogs and knowledge bases, analytics. Familiarity with Integrating CSM with other systems (e.g., CRM, ERP.). Solid communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
