🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ End-to-End IRM / GRC Implementations

• Lead and deliver

  end-to-end implementations

  of ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules, including:
• Risk Management
• Policy & Compliance Management
• Issue Management
• Audit Management
• Vendor / Third-Party Risk Management (VRM)
• Translate business, risk, and compliance requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions
• Configure IRM data models, workflows, scoring, and reporting

2️⃣ ServiceNow Development & Customization

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using:
• JavaScript / Glide APIs
• Business Rules
• Script Includes
• Client Scripts
• UI Policies & UI Actions
• Build and enhance workflows using

  Flow Designer

  and

  Decision Tables

• Customize forms, tables, roles, ACLs, and notifications

3️⃣ Integrations & Automation

• Design and implement integrations using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• MID Server
• IntegrationHub
• Integrate ServiceNow IRM with:
• CMDB
• Identity systems (AD / Azure AD)
• External GRC, ERP, or enterprise systems
• Handle data imports, transformations, and validations

✅ Mandatory Skills & Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Proven experience in

  end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow IRM/GRC

• Strong expertise in

  JavaScript and Glide scripting

• Hands-on experience with

  ServiceNow IRM/GRC modules

• Experience with

  ServiceNow integrations

  (REST/SOAP, MID Server)
• Strong understanding of

  risk, compliance, and governance frameworks

  (SOX, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and data model

🌟 Good to Have / Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow certifications:

  CSA, CAD, IRM Implementation Specialist

• Experience with

  ITSM / ITOM / CMDB integrations

• Consulting or client-facing experience
