Job Description

SoftProdigy Systems Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers with strong hands-on expertise in one or more of the following modules:

ITOM
ITAM
CMDB
ServiceNow UI Designer

Experience:

5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow applications using server-side and client-side scripting
Design and implement solutions using ITOM (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management), ITAM, CMDB, or UI Designer
Build and customize Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, and Workflows/Flows
Implement and manage CMDB data models, CI class structures, relationships, and data normalization
Work on Discovery patterns, MID Server configurations, and integration with external data sources (for ITOM roles)
Design and optimize user experiences using ServiceNow UI Designer, Workspace, and custom UI components
Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices
Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and instance cloning activities
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and solution architecture
Troubleshoot complex issues across applications, integrations, and platform components

Required Skills Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
ServiceNow Certification is mandatory
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting framework
Deep expertise in at least one module: ITOM / ITAM / CMDB / UI Designer
Experience with Scoped Applications and Application Repository
Strong understanding of ServiceNow data model, security (ACLs), and performance tuning
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer and Workflow Editor
Experience working in multi-instance environments (Dev/Test/Prod)

Nice to Have:

Experience working in enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations
Exposure to integrations, Discovery, or Performance Analytics
Agile/Scrum project experience
