ServiceNow Developer

As a ServiceNow Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing all technical tasks related to the configuration and implementation of various aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Your role will involve providing software development and customization services, such as screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third-party software integrations, and custom application development. Additionally, you will need to obtain and analyze business requirements to propose sustainable solutions within the ServiceNow environment. Furthermore, you will coordinate and resolve complex technical data and transformation issues. Key Responsibilities: - Expertise in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development - Specific experience in ITSM, CMDB, and KB - Developing ServiceNow Business Rules, Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, client and server-side scripting - Experience with ServiceNow modules like PPM, CSM, and ITOM - Technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrations with third-party tools and systems - Proficiency in Web Services integrations (SOAP, REST), Scripted REST APIs - Experience with HTML5, Java, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and Angular.js Qualifications Required: - Certified System Admin - Possession of a valid passport - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience For this role, it is essential to have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and development. Specific experience in ITSM, CMDB, and KB is crucial, along with proficiency in various ServiceNow modules.
