Industry Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow Ecosystem and a keen understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes. - Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership and board members.
