As a ServiceNow Developer at NTT DATA, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support throughout all project phases. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing project estimates and reviewing solution designs - Creating and reviewing documentation - Conducting peer code reviews Your expertise will be focused on ServiceNow CMDB and Discovery, with a strong knowledge of system design and development within Service Oriented architecture and web services integration, including REST, SOAP, WSDL, and JAXWS. Additionally, you will have: - Extensive experience in CSM implementations (Case Management) - Proficiency in service portal customizations - Knowledge of Order Management - Demonstrated experience in ServiceNow integration with LDAP, MS Active Directory, ADFS, Single Sign-on, and web services You should possess a strong understanding of ITIL v3 methodologies, ITSM concepts, enterprise IT architecture, and relational databases. Familiarity with ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change/Incident/Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB, Knowledge, Release Management, etc., is essential. Other qualifications include: - Working in and managing multiple update sets - Knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills and collaboration with business partners - Expertise in ServiceNow Platform & its capabilities Additionally, you may be required to participate in on-call rotations as needed.
