Job Description

ServiceNow Developer

Responsibilities

End-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules.
Develop and customize forms, workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, UI pages, and integrations.
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Perform upgrades, platform optimization, performance tuning, and configuration changes as needed.
Deliver high-quality technical documentation and support UAT & deployment.
Ensure alignment with best practices, standards, and compliance policies.

Required Experience

3–6 years of proven hands-on development experience on ServiceNow.
Experience implementing at least one major module (ITSM/CSM/HRSD/ITOM, etc.).
Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, integrations (REST/SOAP/API), and scripting (JavaScript/Glide).
Good understanding of ITIL & CMDB concepts.

Preferred Qualifications

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in any module preferred.
Experience with UI Builder, Flow Designer, and Playbooks is a strong advantage.
