Our people-first culture emphasizes trust-based leadership, continuous innovation, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Engage with clients across commercial and enterprise settings, demonstrating seamless context-switching abilities. - Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, and solution provision. - Assist in functional and technical design workshops, contributing to process improvement and automation. - Implement and deliver client solutions using ServiceNow technical best practices. - Guide junior professionals and provide mentorship and support to team members. **Skills Required:** - 3+ years" experience in ServiceNow Design and Development in a client-facing role. - Hands-on experience in various ServiceNow modules beyond ITSM. - Proficiency in scripting, front-end technologies, and integration with third-party applications/systems. - Experience with ServiceNow instances administration, security management, and workflow development. - Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and multiple ServiceNow releases. **Qualifications & Certifications:** - IT Degree or relevant tertiary education in Computer Science. - ServiceNow CSA + CIS ITSM certification. - ITIL Foundation Certified. **Bonus Points:** - Additional ServiceNow certifications. - Exposure to/general understanding of ServiceNow licensing.
