Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

ServiceNow Developer / Consultant

to join our team and lead the development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow modules including

IT Service Management (ITSM)

,

Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD)

, and

Field Service Management (FSM)

. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, best practices for enterprise service management, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions in the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, HRSD, and FSM modules.
  • Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.
  • Work closely with process owners to understand business requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and implementation plans.
  • Configure workflows, forms, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations as needed.
  • Manage data loads and data integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
  • Monitor platform performance and provide support and troubleshooting for issues related to ITSM, HRSD, and FSM functionalities.
  • Participate in Agile development practices including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
  • Proven expertise in ITSM, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Request Management.
  • Experience with HRSD workflows such as Case Management, Employee Center, Onboarding, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Proficiency with FSM, including scheduling, dispatching, mobile capabilities, and asset management.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and technical components including scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP integrations, and MID servers.
  • Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Scoped Applications.
  • ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM, HRSD, or FSM are highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow performance analytics and reporting.
  • Understanding of ITIL frameworks and how they map to ServiceNow.
