Job Description

Key Responsibilities

HRSD Implementation & Development
  • Implement and configure ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules, including:
    • Case and Knowledge Management
    • Employee Service Center (ESC)
    • Lifecycle Events (Onboarding, Offboarding, Employee Transitions)
    • Playbooks and HR Templates
  • Customize HR workflows, forms, record producers, and UI components.
Platform Configuration & Customization
  • Develop and maintain Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Flow Designer workflows.
  • Build and enhance HR solutions using:
    • Flow Designer and Integration Hub
    • Service Catalog and HR Catalog Items
    • HR Knowledge Base and portal enhancements
  • Ensure adherence to HR data privacy, security standards, and role-based access controls (ACLs).
Integrations & Automation
  • Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with external HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle HCM using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to ensure secure and accurate data exchange.
Collaboration & Support
  • Work closely with HR teams, business analysts, and architects to gather requirements and deliver effective HR solutions.
  • Provide ongoing application support, enhancements, and platform upgrades.
  • Participate in testing, deployment, and documentation activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
  • Strong experience with HR Service Delivery (HRSD) implementations.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, security, and ACLs.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
  • ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Certification (highly preferred).
  • Experience with Employee Center / Employee Center Pro.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
