Job Description

Work independently as part of multi-cultural teams delivering SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions to customers.
Lead multi-cultural teams to deliver SuccessFactors/SAP HCM solutions.
Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Guide customers on SAP best practices for quick wins.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and trainings.
Develop and ensure the quality of process models.

Job Requirements

Minimum 10+ years of application consulting experience.
Good knowledge of multiple SuccessFactors/SAP HCM Solutions, including Employee Central, Payroll, and Talent modules.
Certified in at least one SuccessFactors module.
At least (6-8) end-to-end implementation experiences in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM.
Strong understanding of HR business processes and good communication skills, both oral and written.
Knowledge of SAP HCM on-premise solution is preferable.
Understanding of industry-specific business processes is beneficial.
SF Integration knowledge is a plus.
EC Payroll experience and skills are advantageous.
HXM Lead.
