ServiceNow Business Analyst

Job Summary

• We are seeking a mid level Business Analyst with strong communication and documentation skills to support cross functional initiatives
• The ideal candidate will be adept at translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements and collaborating effectively with stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
• Job Duties Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to elicit requirements and drive alignment
• Confirm requirements with stakeholders, manage approvals, and ensure alignment across business and IT teams
• Support project teams through the full lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Create and maintain process flows, use cases, and other documentation artifacts
• Produce clear and structured BRDs, FRDs, or user stories
• Assist in testing and validation of solutions to ensure alignment with business needs
• Communicate effectively with technical teams, business units, and leadership

Job Requirements

• 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile or hybrid project environments
• Proficiency with workflow tools (Visio, Lucidchart)
• Expertise in documenting BRDs, FRDs, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
• Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and maybe SQL (not a must)
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations is a plus, but not a requirement
• Working Hours: Must be available to work standard business hours aligned with Eastern Standard Time (EST)
