ServiceNow Architect

As a ServiceNow Architect with 10-15 years of experience, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of complex ServiceNow implementations. Your role will involve translating business requirements into scalable and efficient ServiceNow solutions, developing architectural blueprints, and setting technical standards. You will oversee integrations with third-party systems using REST, SOAP, and MID Server, and conduct design reviews and performance tuning to ensure optimal functionality. Your expertise in AIOps and Predictive Intelligence will be leveraged to enhance the ServiceNow platform. You should possess a good understanding of AI Search implementation for Virtual Agents. Your experience as a ServiceNow Architect should demonstrate deep knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM (CSDM), SPM, and WSD. Proficiency in Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and scripting languages like JavaScript and Glide is essential. Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, and App Engine will be key to your success in this role. Holding a Certified ServiceNow System Administrator certification is mandatory, and additional certifications such as CIS (ITSM, HRSD, CSM), CAD, and CTA are preferred. Strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills will also be vital in effectively collaborating with stakeholders and driving successful implementations.
