Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Service & Operations Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage and oversee daily branch operations to ensure efficient service delivery. Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Supervise and guide a team of banking professionals to achieve operational excellence. Coordinate with various departments to resolve customer complaints and issues. Analyze and report on key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. Implement risk management measures to minimize potential losses. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of branch banking, liabilities, and service operations management. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
