What makes you a strong candidate:

  • You have +5 years experience in ServiceNow, Information technology service management (ITSM), Common Service Data Model (CSDM), CMDB.

Responsibilities and more:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Consultant to provide oversight and expertise in aligning our clients’ IT Service Management (ITSM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) for a major IT Financial Management (ITFM) improvement program. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical depth, strategic design, and exceptional consulting skills.


Key Responsibilities


* Review and assess the current state of the ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB configuration, identifying gaps against CSDM best practices.

* Define and document a comprehensive recommended future-state model covering processes, the data model, and necessary integrations.

* Ensure the ITSM and CSDM design rigorously supports IT Financial Management (ITFM) and specialized reporting needs in tools like Apptio.

* Lead and support remote workshops with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, validate designs, and produce clear decision documentation.

* Run interviews and conduct workshops in the ServiceNow ITSM space to gather detailed requirements and drive alignment.

* Provide expert guidance to the customer and delivery teams on best-practice configuration and implementation approaches.


Required Experience & Skills


Core Requirements


* Five or more years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with a strong focus on ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request) and CMDB.

* Proven experience designing and implementing CSDM-aligned data models and Service Portfolios.

* Experience working with large enterprise customers and managing multi-vendor delivery teams.

* Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly lead workshops, present design options, and run interviews.

* Ability to produce high-quality design and decision documentation.
