As a ServiceNow Practice Lead, you will be a senior professional with over 15 years of experience in leading and managing ServiceNow practices within large-scale enterprises. Your primary responsibilities will include defining strategic roadmaps, driving platform adoption, and ensuring alignment between business and IT functions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage ServiceNow practices within large-scale enterprises - Define strategic roadmaps for ServiceNow implementation - Drive platform adoption and ensure alignment between business and IT functions - Possess profound technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform - Experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of experience in ServiceNow practices - Proven expertise in defining strategic roadmaps and driving platform adoption - Strong knowledge of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) - Excellent communication and leadership skills The location for this role is open with a preference for Gurgaon.
