As a ServiceNow Practice Lead, you will leverage your 15+ years of experience to lead and manage ServiceNow practices within large-scale enterprises. Your primary focus will be on defining strategic roadmaps, driving platform adoption, and ensuring alignment between business and IT functions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage ServiceNow practices within large-scale enterprises - Define strategic roadmaps and drive platform adoption - Ensure alignment between business and IT functions - Possess profound technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform - Experience in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) is an added advantage Qualifications Required: - Over 15 years of experience in leading and managing ServiceNow practices - Profound technical and functional knowledge of the ServiceNow platform This is a contractual position with a duration of 6-12 months, offering a hybrid working mode with flexibility to work both remotely and onsite.
