SAP Test Architect

Years of experience: 15+ yrs Job Location: Hyderabad Position: Direct with Client in Hyderabad We are seeking an experienced SAP Test Architect with deep expertise in S/4HANA implementations and test automation tools (HP ALM, Tricentis Tosca) to lead our testing strategy, framework design, and execution. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality SAP solutions by defining best practices, optimizing test automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement end-to-end SAP testing strategies for S/4HANA migrations, implementations, and upgrades. Design and maintain test automation frameworks using tools like Tosca, HP ALM, and other SAP-certified tools . Establish QA best practices , including risk-based testing, regression testing, and performance testing. Collaborate with SAP functional/technical teams, business analysts, and vendors to ensure test coverage aligns with business requirements. Drive continuous improvement in test automation, reducing manual effort and increasing efficiency. Mentor testing teams on automation best practices, tool usage, and SAP testing methodologies . Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., Agile, DevOps, SAP Activate methodology). Required Skills & Qualifications: 8+ years in SAP testing , with 3+ years as a Test Architect specializing in S/4HANA . Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Tosca, HP ALM). Expertise in test strategy, framework design, and CI/CD pipelines for SAP. Certifications in Tosca, SAP Testing, or Agile/DevOps are preferred. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cloud-based SAP environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) . Show more Show less
