• Ability to design

• Experience with

  AI model training workflows

  , including structured training data creation.
• Strong

  Prompt Engineering

  skills for crafting clear and effective instructions.
• Excellent

  analytical thinking

  , attention to detail, and logical structuring abilities.
• Strong

  communication skills

  ; customer-facing experience is a

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM (CIS-ITSM)

• At least one of:

• ServiceNow CIS – CSM

• ServiceNow CIS – HRSD

• Exposure to

  AI/ML workflows

  or training data preparation.
• Familiarity with

  Agile methodologies
