Description
As a Lead Developer with ITSM & ITBM experience and HRSD knowledge, your role will involve leading the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. You should have 10+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, specializing in ITSM, ITBM, and custom application development. Additionally, your responsibilities will include collaborating with the HR team for new enhancement requests, developing workflows for onboarding and offboarding use cases, and establishing custom bots for ServiceNow. Key Responsibilities: - Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow instances (production, test, and development). - Lead upgrades, patches, and migrations with minimal downtime. - Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts (JavaScript, Glide). - Develop and manage integrations with third-party tools (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, SSO). - Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability. - Manage user roles, groups, and access controls while enforcing security best practices. - Create dashboards, reports, and metrics using Performance Analytics. - Guide junior administrators and collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance). Additionally, you should have knowledge of the CSDM framework and experience in implementing CMDB best practices for service mapping, import sets, discovery, HAM, SAM, and end-to-end understanding for improved recommendations.
