Service Manager

As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring your team in the shop. Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the workshop to ensure timely and high-quality bike repairs and maintenance. You will also be in charge of managing the workshop booking system and interacting with customers to understand their needs and provide expert advice. In addition, you will manage warranty cases and maintain accurate record-keeping. It will be your responsibility to manage inventory and order supplies as needed using suppliers B2B services. Collaboration with the sales team to offer comprehensive customer service will also be part of your duties. You will be accountable for the overall performance of the store workshop and, along with other team members, responsible for daily opening and closing of retail premises. Furthermore, your involvement in social media marketing and developing local business plans to attract new business to the workshop will be crucial. You may also be required to work in both sales and hire when necessary to cover days off and busy periods. A graduation qualification is required for this role.
