Service Manager

We are looking for a young and dynamic Service Manager to oversees the operations of a bike and scooters service and repair department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. This includes managing technicians, handling customer interactions, maintaining workshop standards, and contributing to the overall success of the business. Responsibilities can range from hiring and training staff to managing inventory, ensuring safety protocols, and fostering a positive customer experience.

• Supervising and coordinating the daily operations of the bike workshop, including scheduling repairs, managing workflow, and ensuring timely completion of work.
• Possessing strong mechanical skills to diagnose and repair bikes.
• Hiring, training, and mentoring bike mechanics, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Interacting with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice on bike maintenance and repairs, and address concerns or issues.
• Maintaining an organized inventory of parts, tools, and equipment, ensuring the workshop is well-stocked and efficiently managed.
• Enforcing safety standards and company policies within the workshop, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Managing budgets, tracking expenditures, and ensuring profitability of the service department.
• Collaborating with the sales team to offer comprehensive customer service, promote the workshop's services, and contribute to overall business growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
