About the Role We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented PDI Manager to lead our Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) team . The ideal candidate will ensure that every motorcycle leaving our dealership meets OEM standards, safety checks, and premium delivery experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities Manage the PDI process and team (Advisors & Technicians) . Ensure 100% compliance with Triumph Motorcycles’ OEM checklists. Conduct vehicle quality checks for mechanical, electrical, cosmetic, and accessory fitments. Coordinate with sales, service, and delivery teams for smooth handovers. Report and escalate transit damages, defects, and warranty cases . Maintain documentation, PDI reports, and daily dashboards . Drive team training and process improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Diploma / BE in Mechanical / Automobile Engineering (preferred). 5+ years of experience in Automobile Service / PDI Operations . Strong knowledge of two-wheeler service, inspection, and quality standards . Leadership skills to manage technicians and advisors effectively.
