Service Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Manager with expertise in solar energy systems. The ideal candidate will oversee the service department, ensure timely maintenance and repairs, manage service teams, and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all service operations for solar PV systems, including installation support, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Manage a team of service engineers, technicians, and field staff, ensuring timely completion of service calls.
• Monitor and maintain service schedules for installed solar projects (residential, commercial, and industrial).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to solar inverters, panels, batteries, and other system components.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.
• Maintain service records, warranty claims, and customer communication logs.
• Coordinate with the sales, projects, and procurement teams for spare parts availability and service requirements.
• Analyze service performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
• Train and mentor service staff on the latest solar technologies and maintenance practices.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy Engineering.
• Minimum 4–6 years of service experience in the solar industry (with at least 2 years in a managerial role).
• Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, batteries, and related components.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹21,000.33 - ₹30,000.00 per month
