Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Pre-Sales and Sales Executives to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Ensure effective team utilization through task planning, daily reviews, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor lead generation, client follow-ups, proposal closures, and sales conversions.
  • Handle team challenges proactively, ensuring smooth coordination and motivation under pressure.
  • Train team members on product knowledge, pitching skills, and customer handling.
  • Maintain a balance between achieving sales targets and team’s work-life harmony.
  • Work closely with management on strategy planning, market insights, and process improvements.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and present insights on team performance.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining positive team morale.
  • Good understanding of sales funnels, pre-sales processes, and customer engagement.
  • Result-oriented with a focus on both performance and people development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
