The Role：Technical Service Engineer

Bangalore, India

Key responsibilities

1. Responsible for the tele- and on-site technical support and after sales support.
2. Commissioning, troubleshooting, firmware/hardware updating of PV string, Hybrid / storage inverter and BESS.
3. Reporting and following up with head office in relation to product failure with clear descriptions
4. Evaluating PV plant performance by studying operation data on a regular basis
5. Pro-actively work with installers & retailers and provide them best-in class customer experience.
6. Regular follow-ups on the technical issues and build a healthy relationship with installer & retailers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• Proficiency in English along with Marathi, and Hindi (spoken and written).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Electrical/Electronics or Solar Inverter industry (preferred).
• Strong computer skills.

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Strong hands-on experience with troubleshooting.
• High sense of responsibility and ability to work independently.
• Good knowledge and practical understanding of inverter technology.

Salary negotiable depending on experience
