Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Field Service Engineer to join our team and provide expert technical support and service for our range of air compressors. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of air compressors at customer sites.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues with air compressors and implement effective solutions to resolve them.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and service visits to ensure optimal performance and reliability of air compressor systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic and hydraulic components, including valves, cylinders, and piping systems.
• Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to identify and analyze compressor performance metrics, such as pressure, flow rate, and temperature.
• Provide technical support and assistance to customers over the phone or via email to troubleshoot issues and answer questions related to air compressor operation and maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and customer service, to address customer needs and deliver high-quality service.
• Document service activities, including maintenance reports, service logs, and parts usage, in accordance with company procedures and guidelines.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies related to air compressor systems.
• Travel to customer sites, as required, to perform service visits and support installation and commissioning projects.

Qualifications:

• Associate's degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably in the air compressor or industrial equipment industry.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time and work occasional weekends or evenings, as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
