PROFILE: SERVICE ENGINEER
INDUSTRY: DENTAL OR MEDICAL EQUPMENTS
Service Engineers are responsible for maintaining and monitoring the operation of various systems,
troubleshooting, and fixing problems, providing technical support, and improving system processes.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Service Engineers commonly have the following duties and responsibilities:
• Assess, install, and maintain various types of equipment and machinery
• Troubleshoot and repair system failures or malfunctions
• Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and
efficiency
• Provide technical support to clients
• Analyse equipment performance data and make necessary adjustments or recommendations
• Write service reports and document all maintenance and repair work
• Manage parts inventory and order supplies as needed
• Provide training and guidance to other staff on equipment operation and maintenance
• Work closely with the design and production teams to improve product functionality and
reliability
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must have experience in medical equipment’s
• Service for field as per client requiremen
