Job Description

AlgoLEAP is looking for Service Design / Service Transition Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the design and implementation of new services.
Develop and implement strategies for service transitions, ensuring minimal disruption to customers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize service improvement opportunities.
Analyze customer feedback and market trends to inform service design decisions.
