As we expand, we are seeking a Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to drive excellence in project execution, delivery, and client success within our cybersecurity domain. Role Overview The Service Delivery Manager – Cybersecurity will act as the strategic owner of service delivery, ensuring seamless execution of IT and cybersecurity projects while maintaining strong client partnerships. This role blends service ownership, P&L accountability, and technical involvement. You will be expected to not only lead teams but also engage in technical discussions, solution reviews, and hands-on oversight to ensure delivery excellence.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or Business Management.

• Experience: 10–15 years in IT service delivery/project management, with at least 5 years in cybersecurity or IT infrastructure leadership.

• P&L Management: Demonstrated experience in delivery profitability, budget control, and cost optimization.

• Technical Edge: Hands-on understanding of cybersecurity technologies and services such as: o SOC operations, SIEM, threat detection & incident response o Vulnerability management, endpoint security, firewalls, cloud security o Compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOC 2)

• Methodologies: Strong command of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

• Leadership: Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflictresolution skills.

• Tools: Proficiency with project management platforms (Jira, Zoho, Trello, Asana).

• Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, CSM, CISSP, CISM.
